For systems that are past repair, undersized for the house, or costing more to run than they should. Manny sizes the new equipment to your home, pulls the City of San Antonio permit, and hauls off the old unit.

The cheapest repair is the one you never need. A tune-up before summer and another before winter keeps the system running efficiently and catches worn parts while they are still inexpensive to replace. Filters are changed at every visit.
Surge protectors for the outside unit
A lightning strike or a grid surge can take out a compressor in an instant, and the compressor is the most expensive part of the system. A surge protector at the outdoor unit costs a fraction of replacing one.
If one room never gets comfortable, or the system runs constantly without keeping up, the ducts are usually the reason. Leaky, crushed, or undersized ductwork wastes the air you are paying to heat and cool before it reaches the room.
For households with allergies, dust that comes back a day after cleaning, or a musty smell when the system kicks on. UV lights and better filtration keep mold and dust out of the system, and a deep coil cleaning removes what has already built up.
